How It Works

DigiWaste is a program in which you can administer your waste management bookkeeping (or we can for you). It is very a user friendly web-based application that runs on a highly secure external server.

All the waste streams can be seen at a glance: when, how and by whom were they taken away? Scanned shipping documents, weighing notes and invoices are also organised in the system. With DigiWaste, you can always access your data from anywhere any time.

DigiWaste is made up of the following components:

1. Database with all the basic information
2. Agenda and scheduling part
3. Registration part
4. Statistics and overviews

Explanation Of Components

1. Database with all the basic information
All the relevant basic information that is relevant to waste disposal and processing is stored here. The data are entered here, such as the waste stream numbers, the processors, the transporters, the EURAL codes and the various container numbers.

2. Agenda and scheduling part
What orders are in the schedule for removing containers/waste materials? Everything is nicely organised here. You can also enter your transport orders here. After entering the schedule, you can immediately send an email to the parties involved from the scheduling part.

3. Registration part
The scheduled order is completed here. After the order has been completed and the waste material has been transported to the processor, the following data are registered here: the actual date of transport, the number of the supporting letter and the weight. You can also upload the associated documents such as the weighing note, the supporting letter and the invoice. Everything is together in one line!

4. Statistics and overviews
What is measured, improves. That’s why you can print out the desired overviews for each period here. This can be done both in figures and in charts. Overview of costs, quantities removed, processing methods: it’s all here. There is also the option of transporting the statistical data called up to Excel for further processing. An ideal management tool!
